1. Processing Time

  2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on:

  • Item weight/size
  • Courier rates

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or with minimum spend.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp (if applicable).
You can track your parcel on the courier’s official website.


6. Delivery Issues & Responsibilities

  1. KINUKO is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
  2. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct.
  3. If the courier returns the parcel due to wrong address / unreachable recipient, reshipping fees will be charged.
  4. KINUKO is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged by the courier, but we will assist to file a report whenever possible.

7. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
  2. Provide photos/videos of the item and packaging.
  3. We will arrange an exchange according to our Exchange Policy.
