1. No Refund Policy

  1. All purchases made with KINUKO are non-refundable.
  2. We do not offer cash refunds for:
    • Change of mind
    • Wrong size chosen
    • Wrong color chosen
    • Delayed delivery by courier

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We only accept exchanges if:

  1. The item received is defective, or
  2. You received the wrong item.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Request must be made within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Important:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Incorrect sizes chosen by customer
  • Sale / discounted items
  • Accessories or inner-wear (if applicable)

3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 3 days.
  2. Provide your:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos/videos of the defect or wrong item
  3. Wait for our team to verify your request.
  4. Ship the item back to us (return shipping cost is borne by the customer).
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship out a replacement.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fee is to be paid by the customer.
  • KINUKO will cover the shipping fee for sending out the replacement item (for approved cases only).
  • If the returned item is found not defective, customer must pay for reshipping.

5. Items Lost or Damaged During Return

KINUKO is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
Customers are encouraged to use a trackable courier service.


6. Strictly No Cash Refunds

If an item is not available for exchange (out of stock), we may offer:

  • Store Credit, or
  • Exchange to another item of equal value

No cash refund will be issued.
